We have a team of factory certified service technicians just a phone call away to provide on-site equipment maintenance both during and after your warranty. We also offer preventative maintenance programs to provide ongoing care, maximizing equipment performance over and extending your equipment life. A recommended program will be developed for you, based on your facility needs, schedule, peak times and equipment use.
Our program contracts include monthly visits, as we do a walk-through and identify any equipment with wear and tea. Each of your fitness equipment will receive a comprehensive service and inspection by our certified technicians. We inspect, clean and test each unit in its entirety - from the electronics to the frame, through software and hardware and look at the diagnostics and usage to keep you update to date on what's been completed, and what you should look out for.
